This planet boasts a perpetuall state of either dawn or dusk. The insomanic Dawndusians like feign sleep

Dawndus is divded in half, one half is dawn the other is dusk. Every 12 hours they switch almost instantly. One third of the population sleeps when they switch, but the other two thirds like to follow their perfered side and only sleep every two days. The Dawndusians that don't sleep often live two separate lives, on the side that's dusk first is where most of the night clubs and hangouts are... and where the most crimes occur (if there is any). The other side is like those fancy gated communities. The people who follow the dawn like to act civilized in the first twelve hours while the people on the other side like to party in the first hours. When the sides switch the people that follow the dawn like to enforce the law or protest injustice. The people that follow dusk like to make as much noise as possible to annoy the stuck up people. Despite the extreme changes it undergoes, Dawndus is very hot. It can mostly be related to somewhere in Israel: a desert, but not a barren desert.
